Hyland Inn Van Nuys

I live far from my job so whenever I’m tired and don’t want to drive all the way home I stay here and let me tell you it’s such a great place to get some peace and quiet. The manager John is very friendly and makes sure the check in process is smooth. The rooms are always clean and maintained really good. It’s always nice to come out here knowing it’ll be a great stay. Highly recommend

I have stayed here plenty of times and I can honestly say it’s one of the best motels I have stayed in. Better than any other motel in the area. John is the best as well as the staff there. He makes checking in the easiest and also makes sure you are okay and everything is okay with your stay there. It is very hard to find a place when they great you nice. Not here John always greats you with a smile and makes your stay comfortable. I 100% recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere to stay. Bathrooms are very clean and so are the rooms.

I had my 1st stay at the Hyland Inn, January 18th, 2024. It was a very nice stay, very quiet and the grounds were very well maintained. My dog was very welcomed, and it was a great neighborhood to walk him safely and freely. The customer service was excellent and check in was seamless. I had no issues with anything, and I didn't need to ask for anything. Thank you, John for the great stay and thanks for providing a hotel for people that live on a budget. Keep up the great work! PS! For all those people who are mentioning the race, nationality, and or religion of the manager at the front desk, maybe you should acquire a name. A description of race is not a proper way to describe a person because you will never know where this person is really from unless you ask. Thank you, Adria

I'm staying here right now and my room is a great size. The bed is comfortable and supportive. Bathroom and shower are clean. Water pressure in shower is strong. I locked myself out around 11:30PM and even though I woke up the manager he was cool about it. Stores and food are right across the street. It's close to the freeway. Glad I'm staying here.

Very happy with the customer service! Easy to check in! Our rooms were cleaned even in the days we have requested not to! Provided extra towels and personal hygiene items. Very professional and attentive! I recommend this hotel! Travel with four children and they were accommodating to our needs and did not charged us extra we felt welcome

I've stayed here as a getaway quite a few times now and it's always been a pleasurable experience for me and my girlfriend. The rooms are very clean and have a fridge and microwave. I'm also very satisfied with how clean the restrooms always are. The Manager John is a very great guy! Always making sure you have what you need while you enjoy your stay. Close to the freeway and lots of food options nearby. I'd recommend this place to anyone whether you're travelling or just in town and need some quiet time for yourself. Great place with great pricing.

Very attentive staff. This facility does well-being checks which is superb for a community lodging experience.

This is one of the few hotels in the area that are priced for any budget as well as very friendly staff and accommodating! I always have a very fast check in & rooms are always clean and well kept. They have been doing renovations as well so many of the bedrooms are brand new along with the furniture which is very nice. Location is great too central and local to shops and restaurants!
